三 |     无独有偶，今年6月下旬，苹果无预警上调了iPad、Mac设备的定价。在社交平台上，多位网友反映自己涨价前锁单的Mac或iPad订单被商家以“库存不足”等理由要求取消，而同一商品链接在取消后随即以涨价后的价格重新上架。

四 | 不少网友认为，涨价前下的单，订单已经成立，差价不应由消费者承担。

五 |     还有网友指出，根据法律规定，电子商务经营者应当按照承诺或与消费者约定的方式、时限向消费者交付商品或服务，并承担商品运输中的风险和责任。

六 |     作为违约方，商家没有单方面解除合同的权利。若遭遇商家拖延或拒绝发货，消费者可依照《民法典》相关规定要求商家继续履行合同，按约定发货。

七 | 购物平台也有责任对入驻商家的行为进行审核、监管和惩处，督促商家尽快履约。
