二 | 同步揭牌成立古枣林公益诉讼联络点，依托林间实景开设特色“微课堂”，检察、司法工作人员现场解读古树名木保护相关禁止性条款、日常管护标准及破坏林木对应的法律后果，公开生态违法线索举报渠道，让生态法律知识走出文件、走进田间林间。
三 | 淳安县人民检察院副检察长余爱华介绍，《生态环境法典》首次在立法层面确立生态环境检察相关制度，赋予检察机关更厚重的生态保护司法职责。
四 | 古树名木属于不可再生的生态文化资源，损毁古树本质上侵害社会公共生态利益，检察公益诉讼正是古树保护的司法盾牌，能够实现“办理一案、警示一片、治理一域”的治理成效。
五 | 本次活动同步发布两项长效管护举措：一是在显后村新时代文明实践站首发《生态环境法典（古树名木保护）》普法动漫短视频，把晦涩的法律条文转化为通俗动画，方便村民理解传播；二是林业部门正式发布左口乡古树名木保护名录，建立“一树一档”精细化管护台账，压实行业、属地、网格员三方管护责任，实现古树名木常态化规范化管护。检察机关结合本地古树损毁、林地破坏真实案例以案释法，细致讲解公益诉讼、生态修复、行政处罚等法律要点，清晰告知群众破坏古林的法律代价。
六 | 左口乡乡长陈显锋表示，多部门联合林间普法，是淳安探索古树常态化保护、打造乡村生态法治样板的实践尝试。当地将持续压实属地管护责任，依托网格员包保体系，把古枣林生态保护融入乡村发展全过程，让百年古树在法治护航下永续生长。
